Common questions

When is the shop actually opening?
First listings go live over the next 2–4 weeks as inventory clears verification. Email info@holdr.co.nz and we'll let you know when the categories you care about go live.
What does "verified" actually mean for a shop listing?
Every single is run through the same inspection we use for paying Verified Report customers: UV inspection for restoration, microscope surface check for whitening and print defects, calibrated corner measurements, and a condition grade aligned to PSA/BGS/ACE criteria. The inspection notes are attached to the listing so you can see exactly what we found.
I want to sell my cards — how does that work?
Two paths: (1) Book an assessment — we inspect, document, and you can consign through Holdr with a 10% commission on sale. (2) Sell directly — email info@holdr.co.nz with photos and a rough idea of what you have, we'll come back with a direct offer.
Where do you ship to?
NZ-wide at launch, with tracked courier as standard and signature-required for higher-value cards. Australia and selected international destinations will be added once we've sorted the right insured-shipping setup.
What payment methods will you accept?
Standard Shopify checkout — credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Local NZ bank transfer is available for higher-value orders by arrangement (email info@holdr.co.nz).
What's your returns policy?
If a card you receive doesn't match the listing — condition, centring, or anything else — email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll refund in full including return shipping. Our verification process is designed to make this scenario rare, but the policy is there if we miss something.
