Fill in the form, upload a photo of your cards, and tell us how you'd like to submit them. We'll reply within 24 hours.

Send us your cards
Mail to our Auckland address or drop off at a TCG show. We'll confirm receipt and log your cards into the system.

We assess each card
UV authentication, hero shots, microscope surface and corner analysis, calibrated measurements. Every card gets the full process.

Your report is delivered
Full assessment report emailed within 48 hours of receiving your card. Includes all photos, measurements, and grade estimates.

Sending your cards
Once your booking is confirmed, we'll email you our Auckland postal address and packing instructions. Use a rigid mailer or small cardboard box. Sleeve your cards in penny sleeves before placing them in toploaders. We recommend NZ Post tracked for anything over $50 in value.

🔦 UV Authentication
Full UV/blacklight inspection front and back. Detects restoration, reprints, and chemical treatment. Documented with UV photographs and a clear pass/fail verdict.
🔬 Microscope Surface Analysis
Surface scratches, print dot pattern consistency, edge fibre integrity, and corner quality — all documented at 40× magnification. Micro-damage invisible to the naked eye is captured and noted.
📐 Calibrated Corner Measurements
16-point border measurements across all four corners, front and back, in millimetres. Centering percentile calculated (e.g. 52/48 T/B) and compared against PSA, BGS, and ACE grading tolerances.
📸 Full Photo Archive
Hero shots, UV photographs, all 4 corners, all 4 edges, and surface microscope images — organised and saved to Google Drive. Yours permanently, accessible from your account.
🏅 Honest Grade Estimates
AI-assisted grade ranges for PSA, BGS, and ACE with card-specific reasoning. Primary limiters identified (e.g. corner whitening, surface scratches). Not inflated — designed to help you decide whether grading submission makes financial sense.
📋 Assessment Report
Delivered to your email within 48 hours. Full HTML report with a unique Report ID — accessible from your Holdr account. Includes an overview, all photos, measurements, authentication results, grade estimate, and next-step options.

All cards held free for 3 weeks from report delivery. Then choose your path from your Holdr account — no pressure, no rush.

We bundle monthly submissions to PSA, BGS, and ACE. No handling fee — just grading fees + ~$2 NZD shipping per card. We advise whether submission makes financial sense for your card.

We ship your card back with tracked NZ delivery. Your report and full photo archive stay accessible from your account permanently.
